Sarah is an amazing Doula, we couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone wanting a positive birth experience. She helped support both of us during labour, and we don’t know how we have managed it without her. Sarah has also been amazing after birth, offering continued support and advice. And generally being on the end of the phone on days when we need a little pick me up!
I met two other Doulas before meeting Sarah, and was sure from our first chat that she was someone I would be comfortable with. I was really impressed with Sarah’s knowledge, and the way she shared it with us in an accessible way. I would recommend Sarah without reservation to anyone looking to engage a doula, and perhaps especially to mums-to-be wondering whether they need a doula at all! Sarah was such a big asset. She was calm, caring, and knowledgeable. She did everything she could to support us and provide practical and emotional back-up, and did so with good humour and great compassion. I am really grateful to her for her contribution to the arrival of our miracle baby.
We cannot recommend Sarah enough. After a difficult first birth we were anxious of a repeat, but instead the birth of our Son was a powerful and positive experience, and we feel this is largely down to Sarah.
Sarah, instantly provided us with a calm and positive outlook. She is a naturally positive person, but provided rounded and considered guidance. Allowing us to feel confident that the decisions we made were our decisions to support our journey.

More than any other classes, Sarah took us through the labouring process in the most effective way which helped us to prepare mentally and emotionally. My partner had a very quick and intense labour and Sarah's loving, solid presence was vital in supporting us to have the natural home birth that we had planned for. Sarah, was a huge practical support both throughout the pregnancy and the birth and made a such a difference to our experience.
